WI Polymers — Refund & Returns Policy

1. B2B & Trade Sales — All Orders Are Final

WI Polymers operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) and trade supplier of professional-grade industrial chemical adhesives, sealants, polyurethane foams, MS polymers, tapes, primers, and related application products. All orders placed with WI Polymers are commercial trade transactions. Consumer retail cooling-off rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU do not apply to B2B trade purchases.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Due to the temperature-sensitive, chemically reactive, and shelf-life-critical nature of our product range, all goods supplied by WI Polymers are strictly non-returnable once dispatched, except where proven defective at the point of delivery. This policy applies to all product categories including but not limited to:

  • Silicone sealants and MS polymer adhesives
  • Polyurethane foams (manual and gun-grade)
  • Chemical anchors and structural adhesives
  • Acrylic sealants and primers
  • Double-sided tapes and bonding systems
  • Application tools and accessories

3. Defective Goods

Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied goods must be raised within 48 hours of delivery by contacting WI Polymers directly at [your contact email]. Claims must include photographic evidence of the defect or damage and the original order reference. WI Polymers reserves the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a replacement or credit note.

4. Incorrect Orders

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the correct product is ordered for the intended application. WI Polymers does not accept returns on the basis of incorrect product selection. Technical guidance is available prior to purchase — please contact our team before ordering if you require application advice.

5. Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once an order has been picked, packed, or dispatched, cancellation is not possible and the full order value remains payable.
